David Clark-Sally joined the board in March 2020. After spending years working with nonprofits and agencies in various marketing and communications roles, David is thrilled to bring his experience and enthusiasm to SMBMad team! He has a keen eye for detail and all things logistics — as well as a love for marketing, especially social media (of course). He owns Clark-Sally Consulting, where he loves to partner with brands on their social media strategy. David also works as Operations Manager for GatherX, a local nonprofit serving Madison’s young adult community.
Outside of SMBMad, David enjoys spending time with his husband Matt, their two daughters Madden and Kate, and their family dog Sam. He is also an avid runner and a self-proclaimed TV junkie. David is an introvert at heart, so his idea of a perfect evening is Netflix-ing on the couch with a gin and tonic by the fire.
